My Dream Home!!

Home is where your heart is...I never truly understood the meaning of this until I found this place. As soon as I walked into the house and onto the deck one evening (Mar 27th), I couldn't believe my eyes! My jaw dropped at the fantastic view I didn't know was possible in this part of the city and I gasped with excitement. But what was even more special was that the house had a great vibe. As I walked on the property, I felt like I belonged there. It was a feeling I couldn't shake for the next 2 months, which was the main reason I kept persuading my husband to buy this home. We looked at a lot of other houses, but my heart was stuck here. After a lot of back and forth and changing realtors, finally my husband agreed and we bought this house on May 23rd and moved in a month later. 

Since we moved in, I am totally in love with this house. I am blessed with the most beautiful sunrise view and I couldn't have asked for a better start to my day. When it rains, I dance to the music on the deck with a wonderful view and it is one of the best feelings ever! The wind chimes in our deck make the most lovely music in the evening breeze and it melts my heart. There are bright and lovely flowers in our yard that attract the most colorful butterflies. There are birds singing in the morning and rabbits jumping around during the day. There are lovely panoramic hill country and lake views with lots of trees everywhere you look. This place fills me up with so much joy every waking minute of the day!! Life has never been so peaceful before and I feel like I totally belong to this place. Like I was meant to be here. Always.

I barely want to step out of the house which is unlike my previous me. But why would I, when almost everything I need is right here, including a gym in the bonus room and an additional viewing deck in the backyard. This beautiful home on a 2.2 acre lot is like my private retreat from the rest of the world. It's only been 3 months here but it feels like a lifelong search has come to an end and my heart has found its home. This is more than a dream come true!! 

Buying this house is one of the best decisions I ever made. And I count my blessings every day. This place is very special to me and I want to be able to share this wonderful space with my dearest friends and family. Can't wait to make a lot of beautiful memories over the years!!
